Cancellation & Appointment Policy

We are committed to providing every client with exceptional care and dedicated time. To ensure this, a 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the 50% booking deposit being non-refundable. Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full service fee being charged.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we reserve the right to shorten the treatment to accommodate our schedule. The full service fee will still apply, even if the treatment time is reduced. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and there is insufficient time to perform the service, the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged in full.
